1. Lesson Scheduling:
   • All driving lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
   • Lessons can be scheduled through our online booking system, via phone, or in-person at our office.
      
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, you are required to inform your instructor at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the lesson fee being charged in full.
      
3. Cancellation Fee:
   • A cancellation fee may be applied for lessons cancelled within the 48-hour window of the scheduled lesson time.
   • The cancellation fee amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon cancellation.
      
4. Rescheduling:
   • Lessons can be rescheduled, subject to availability, without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original lesson time.
      
5. Late Arrival:
   • It is essential to arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Late arrival may result in a shortened lesson duration, and the full lesson fee will still apply.
      
6. Payment:
   • Payment for driving lessons is due in advance or at the beginning of each lesson, as specified in your chosen payment plan.
   • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and other specified methods.
      
7. Refunds:
   • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Ifty’s Driving School. Any refund granted will be based on the remaining balance of unused lessons.
   • Individuals who cancel their driving lessons with at least 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.
      
8. Instructor Changes:
   • Ifty’s Driving School reserves the right to assign a different instructor for your lessons if necessary. You will be notified in advance of any such changes.
      
9. Vehicle and Equipment:
   • You are responsible for treating the driving school’s vehicle and equipment with care during lessons. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
      
10. Conduct:
    • Respectful and appropriate conduct is expected during all lessons. Ifty’s Driving School reserves the right to terminate lessons with any student displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
       
11. Online Payment Policy:
    • If you are paying for your lesson online, the payment must be transferred to our account at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled lesson.
       

By engaging in driving lessons with Ifty’s Driving School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Ifty’s Driving School reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to you in advance.
